I am writing to apply for an Early Years teaching post at your school. I would be grateful for you to review my attached resume. am Fatima, from South Africa and have been working abroad for a very long time and in Qatar for 6 years.
I have been an early childhood educator, working in a number of kindergarten classrooms and experience with the British, Creative Curriculim , EYFS, American Common core and IB curriculum . I hold a degree in Early Years Teaching.
I am familiar with the principles of phonological. I also have a great deal of experience using Jolly Phonics and the related teaching and reading materials, with which I have had great success teaching young learners not only phonics but beginning grammar. My abilities include planning activities and selecting materials that will help the children learn how to express themselves verbally while promoting creativity. It also includes planning activities that help the kids develop good social skills by working together with each other and good coordination skills. My abilities also include excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
I have a real desire to work with children and to make a connection with them and their families. I am enthusiastic and have the patience to work with all children and above all else, I have the ability to help create a secure environment where the kids feel safe and the parents can rest easy knowing their children are in good hands. As my fellow colleagues call me the “Child Whisperer”
Teaching young children is a pleasure and a calling for me. I take great pride in my students’ accomplishments, and I do my utmost to create a nurturing classroom environment that will foster their growth. Former students are still in touch with me years after they graduate. I am not only my students’ teacher, but one of their biggest fans and a lifelong friend.
