-Maintenance of Electronics components for the 6E/1, 18E, 8E locomotive train
-Test and repair electronics cards using different instrument and changing component like resistor, transistor capacitor, diode etc. and also do programming on it by using different types of software’s
-Maintain existing test benches and systems.
-Perform root cause analysis on failures.
-Investigate problem areas and make recommendations.
-Contribute towards understanding of control systems testing.
-Maintaining of test and repair facilities for maintaining technology levels and improves test efficiency.
-Maintain electronic circuits in terms of repairs and calibration to ensure reliability.
-Fault finding using schematics (Circuit diagrams manual) and Maintenance manuals if they is problem on train.
-Upgrade of test and repair facilities to maintain technology levels and improve test efficiency.
-Compile national Test and Repair procedures.
-Perform root cause analysis on failures

-Test Interaction between HV and Electronic control
