Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science with Honours in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the esteemed University of Zimbabwe, complemented by a Diploma in Veterinary Medicine, and engaged as a dedicated intern at Triton Pharmaceuticals, contributing to advancements in pharmaceutical research and development.

On the side; as a private tutor specializing in physical sciences, I offer private and online tutoring services in chemistry and physics. R&D/New Product Development (NPD) Intern for 6 months

• Compounding Pharmacy
• Cost and Regulatory effective Pharmaceutical Research and Development of Complementary Medicine in all forms of dosage forms;
• Working closely together with the COO & CEO
• Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, aware and practice SAPHRA (South African Health Products Regulatory Authority) Guidelines;
• New Product Development (NPD) documentation handling;
• Align product development activities with company strategy and needs.
• Research and development of medications;
• Medical Cannabis handling and formulation development;
• Costing and quotation documentation for product development (raw materials, packaging, finished product and labour);
• Work with (Big and Small/Starter) Clients to capture product development briefs/forms.
• Formulating feasible procedures and steps for particular desired products;
• Compiling, development and conducting of trial formulation;
• Troubleshooting and improving a pharmaceutical formulation;
• Familiarization of Certificate Of Analysis (COA) & Quality Control (QC);
• Compilation of Product Information (PI) and patient Information Leaflet (PIL) within SAPHRA Regulatory Guidelines;
• Familiarization of Master Manufacturing Documents;
• Pharmaceutical Product Spec Sheet Compilation for both Big and Small/Starter clients.
• Elemental values and typical nutritional information calculations.
• Compiling, Updating and Implementing SOP.
• Lab analytical methods: Spectroscopy-FTIR and Chromatography-GC & HPLC, Moisture Analysis, pH analysis amongst many other Laboratory report procedures.
• QC/QA procedures (e.g. friability, solubility, pH, viscosity, moisture, LOD, etc.)
