I am an apprenticeship trained Class 1 Diesel Plant Fitter with extensive hands-on experience in heavy equipment servicing and maintenance. Through my 10 years of experience, I have become an adept mechanic, effective supervisor, thorough trainer, and efficient work planner.

• Carrying out scheduled Maintenance services on Sandvik Loaders,Dump trucks and drill rigs.
• Tracing Electro-Hydraulic circuits and rectifying faults on Steering, brakes and boom/bucket systems using schematic diagrams
• Trouble shooting computer censored circuits, identification, interpretation and rectification of active faults.
• Completion of job cards, Work orders and breakdown reports, giving feedback to the supervisor on given tasks
• Re manufacturing of Sandvik Dump trucks Loaders and drill rigs
• Carrying out Spare parts qualification and testing i.e. Accumulators, hydraulic valves.
• Componant rebuilding of transmissions,torque converter and drifters
