I am an ambitious individual that loves learning new skills. I am also very adaptable in any environment and have great communication skills and use this to the best that I can to add to productivity and execute my tasks meticulously.

I have had the honour to have experiences in various fields such as retail, administration and insurance that has taught me a lot about how important it is to respect people and treat people kind. This has molded me in such a way that I am able to not only learn but also present and teach others as well as it is an industry that is rapidly evolving. There is also significance in exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills in the role of a lead generator in order to add to productivity. Most importantly, one should always have a positive attitude and be willing to learn on a daily in order to be oneself and execute tasks authentically. When communicating with people by various means it is also importance to connect with the individual in order to conduct an analysis, identify and generate potential sales leads by various strategies and techniques.

I have completed my National Diploma course in Business Management that also allows me to understand an organization and the way in which the hierarchy flows. This has also given me knowledge on a number of skills that attributes to an organization not only in management but also withing a training department. I then also have done a International Computer Driving License Certificate which is internationally accredited to also allow me to use software on an adequate level. I then have also attained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate to better my written and spoken use of the language which I also do use to tutor people on a voluntary basis as a way of having my very own social responsibility.
