I have over 19 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management across retail, manufacturing, and corporate environments. My background includes managing Windows server environments, networking, backup and disaster recovery, and multi-site IT operations. I’ve led IT support functions, coordinated vendors and system rollouts, and focused on improving reliability, security, and business continuity through practical, cost-effective IT solutions.

Formal training in IT systems and infrastructure, including A+ certification and SQL fundamentals. I am currently completing a Microsoft 365 course, strengthening my skills in modern cloud services and enterprise productivity platforms, with a strong foundation built through hands-on industry experience.
