• I sourced and successfully procured funding for multi-million-rand projects including Mams Mall (R720m), Acornhoek Mall (R865m), Dwarsloop Mall (R540m), Jubilee Crossing (R240m), Head Office (R100m), Cheetah Plains (luxury hotel) (R250m).
• I also moved a R200m REIT portfolio to the UK, strategically scaling down the effective tax rate on dividends to 15%.
• With focused attention to detail, I uncovered misreported tax implications. From there, I negotiated for tax recoupment on scrip dividends; then proceeded to correct the errors using UK-RSA Double Taxation Agreement. 
• I built and implemented an electronic database for standard legal agreements along with a litigation management system to effectively and efficiently keeping track of the legal process.
• Finally, I took charge of M&A negotiations worth approximately R300m, achieving consensus on strategic business ventures among all parties involved.
