Freddy Skobi is a social work supervisor. Mr. Skobi trained as a generalist social work practitioner at the University of Limpopo. He worked in public service for 14 years with the sole goal of preserving dysfunctional families.
Mr Skobi holds a Master’s degree in the subject of social work from the University of South Africa (UNISA). A PhD candidate with the University of Johannesburg (UJ). He served as a member of various collaborative research projects and his interest was in social work services and teenage pregnancies.
His research focus is on children, young adults and families.

14 years of experience rendering social work casework, groupwork and community. Five years of experience supervising social work students from three Universities (UNISA, UL and UNIVEN). Further, in 2008 I spent six months coordinating 101 practicum at UL.
