3 Years ago I Entered the International Agricultural Field is the USA. During this period of time I gained a lot of experience in all aspects of the field, pre working, precision planting, Earth moving, field equipment maintenance, Tractor maintenance, Central Pivots and system rebuilds and maintenance. I am intermediate in the mechanical field on working and replacing complete tractor and combine motors and parts thereof. I know the hydrologic systems quite well including valve banks, solinoid units,hose repairs and replacements and cylinder seal kit replacements.Electronical (Red seal Electrician) I have replaced plenty of harnesses on tractors and combines and install and uninstalled GPS navigation systems in John Deere and Case. I have done a lot of electronic fault finding on tractors, combines and spray rigs. Also maintained and repaired John Deere dozer, Excavator and skid steers. All of my internal experience cam with a lot of planning in maintenance and repairs. I also maintained Pivots, electrical and mechanical, replaced tower boxes, drive motors and gearboxes, drive shafts and couplers on the shafts. Workshop maintenance include, repairs and rebuilds on equipment frames, building of water trailers, fixing broken equipment.
I am a qualified Red seal Electrician, commercial and industrial.
Shortly my Experience in farming in the following fields: Case Quadtrac's (500, 580 and 620) Case Pumas, Case 9180's.. Very good experience in Salfords, Offsets, Chisel plow as well as Planted with John Deer DB 90 planter (very good and with maintenance) , operating Skit Steer and Telehandler. I can do basic services on the masjienes. Also doing all other farming duties as well as electrical installations and maintenance on seed bins, conveyors and Pivots.
I have good experience on Reinke PAC and Zimmatic Pivots. Did control panel repairs, tower box repairs, gearbox replacements, motor replacements as well as wheel and rubber repairs and replacements.
Also good maintenance on Case 9230 combines as replaced all electrical harnesses and computers as well, know all hydraulic systems and sensors.Experience in the following earthmoving equipment: 400D John Deer Dump truck, skit steers, Payloaders, K-Teck 1228 Scrapers, John Deer 1810E scraper, excavator as well as backhoe (TLB).
