• Admission, discharging of patient & writing ICD10 codes on files
• Ensuring that all admitted patients are correctly & timeously discharge in the system as per discharge registers/patient file
• Capturing patient's information oh PHIS/DHIS and maintain any other required health information system in accordance with policies of the department
• Safe keeping of patient files in line with Records Management policy
• Archiving of old patient files in line with Records Management policy
• Opening and closing of files according Records Management policy
• Billing of services rendered to patients in the allocated area of responsibility in line ICD10 coding and UPFS
• Ward administration and compile ward statistics
• Follow-up and trace accounts outstanding according to policies and procedures
• Identifying and merging of duplicate files
• Maintain patient appointment and schedule them accordingly
• Filling, retrieving and issuing files in line with Records Management policy
