I'm very energetic target driven agent. i have been working in a collections department for more than 8 years. i work very well with diversity, and i handle different customers very well with passion, I've been recognised as a strong collector by my previous employers, I've won awards for top collector and the most improved agent. interact very well with my colleagues and superiors and i also handle pressure very well.

i started working as a debt collector 2014 at ARA (Anthony Richards and Associates) based in cape town, i resigned 2017 April and i started working, for Nimble Group around cape town as well from 2017 May i left due to salary issues and i went to work for Tenacity Financial Services in Kuilsriver i worked with them for 4 years and 10 month i felt like i need to grow and learn more from other companies as well therefore i resigned in January 2023 and I'm in search of the compay that will allow me to grow as an individual and an allow me to utilize my skills.

i passed, my matric 2011 at Dr Nelson Mandela High School, and went to North Link to study clothing production due circumstances at home i left school and work for call centre from 2014 i realised that now that iam able to bring food on the table at home i can continue with school from 2020 I've been studying higher Certificate in Criminal justice at UNISA AND IAM expecting to finish this year December.
