Hi! I'm a high school senior completing my Matric in 2025. While I don't yet have formal work experience, I'm highly motivated, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience. I'm passionate about developing new skills, contributing positively to a team, and growing in a professional environment.

Customer Service & Merchandising at Body Shop (2025-04 – Present)

• Customer Service - Stood by the door and greet customers. As customers enter. I would explain to them if we had any sales available and if they are interested in any products.
• Merchandising - Everyday we would merchandiser our products based on telling a story of the product and also based on the scent (From neutral to fruity and frangrance)
• Teamwork - As we are a small store, we had to be very alert and aware of our stock, whenever we sold a product we had to know what we sold and how many items we sold.
• Administration - Answering calls and making calls if customers wants a product. I am obligated to make the necessary arrangements either asking a different branvch to keep a product aside for the customer.
