I have acquired advanced technical skills in the field of industrial automation. I have a solid understanding of PLC up to design level.
I can read PLC behavior in its language. I can efficiently use a PLC as a fault finding diagnostic tool. I worked with both digital and analog signals.

I am well proficient in working with SCADA(WinCC). I can design, configure and diagnose on SCADA(basic). .I can also install , configure and design HMI.
I also havebasic overview understanding of industrial communication protocols such as : Ethernet based protcols, Modbus, Profibus and Profinet.
I understand electrical to trade test and beyond. I have a good understanding of electrical circuits. I have worked on various sensors and switches. I have basic understanding of AC drives. I can wire up and program the drive in many different way such as acceleration, deceleration times, soft start characteristics, setting of upper and lower frequencies, DC injection braking , other types of braking and using external switches ,transmitters and pots to control the drive.

I have a good understanding of Pneumatics and electro pneumatics up to design level. I can read and understand pneumatic diagrams both basic and advance. Fault finding on pneumatic cylinders is one of the skills I acquired. I can determine a sequence and program it into a PLC so that the pneumatic cylinders run in that sequence.
I have a good understanding of instrumentation and control to trade test and above. I understand instrumentation protocols. I have the knowledge and field experience of installing, repairing, calibration and maintaining instrumentation sensors and transmitters.
