I have a positive track record on all project phases from feasibility studies, through detail design, into execution and ultimately commissioning and hand over. I focus on forging lasting client and business partner relationships, and I am able to collaborate with all senior stakeholders and management, lead project teams and ultimately deliver client focused results. I have gained extensive experience in all aspects on local South African and international projects.

I have managed project delivery teams, both office based and on site reporting directly to senior client personnel and company management.

I have the ability to analyse issues, devise continuous process improvements and incorporate business process initiatives to increase efficiency and streamline business operations with minimal impact on day-to-day activities I have work experience as a member of owner management teams, EPCM management teams and at contractor level, providing me with a good understanding of the integration requirements and challenges faced in the project environment and life cycle.

I have 26 years of experience in a varied field of industries, Petrochemical, Mining, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Information Management and the latest has been Hydrogen and Fuel Cell conversions. I have been involved primarily in Planning but also extensive Project Controls, Project Management, Operations and Document Control. With my broad knowledge I am able to make decisions and recommendations based on my extensive experience.
