Gavin Palani

I am a Manager in the automotive industry overseeing the Service and Workshop departments. I have more than 20 years experience in the industry starting out as an apprentice motor mechanic and qualifying as Red Seal Motor Mechanic. I have experience in the diagnosis and repairing of vehicles to managing a workshop and performing the reporting and budgeting function of the workshop.

My aim is to ensure success in any motor vehicle workshop where i am employed. I continue to maintain my skill of being a motor vehicle technician but being hands on in the workshop daily advising and repairs processes.
