My experience goes back more than 33 years, Practice Manager for 4 years managing a team of Migration consultants doing the largest Cloud migration in EMEA, and Project Management (more than 20 years), Program/Project Office Management (more than 10 years). I worked across many different areas of business in South Africa including Telecommunications, Financial management, Personnel/HR management, Logistical, Billing management and managed to build products/system for multiple industries running as SaaS etc. During this time, I have managed Cloud migrations and modernisation programs with AWS ProServe, Billing, Revenue Assurance, Insurance, Customer Relationship Applications, IT programs, amongst others. My responsibilities included Program Management, Project Management, program scheduling, reporting, financial tracking and controlling, stakeholder management, mentoring & management of project managers and administrators across programs, overall risk & issue & dependency management, third party vendor management and client liaison. I have also been responsible for the establishment & execution of Project and Program Management Offices in a number of environments and organizations, which include the implementation & maintenance of Product and Program/Project Management Processes. My core values are guiding principles that never change.
