Setup of company with SARS, Labour – uFiling and Workmans Compensation, BOOKKEEPING - all functions to trial balance on Sage One of cashbooks, import bank statements, creditor recons daily, creditor payment schedule, recons of all payments, receipts, bank accounts, vehicle finance, petty cash, and debtors, debtor statements, debtor and creditor invoicing, maintaining detailed Excel records. VAT bi-monthly. SARS - eFiling of PAYE and VAT.
PAYROLL - full payroll functions on Sage Payroll, record time sheets, uFiling, recons of all salaries, wages. Renewals e.g CIPC, NHBRC, insurance claims, vehicle tracking of fuel and maintenance, profit & loss reports, management reports, HR - onboarding, staff contracts, disciplinary action, hearings, manage personal expenditure for the business by partners, ROE submissions, preparation of financial documents for annual financial statements and submit to accountants.
