I have been within the retail industry 8+ Years as visual merchandiser however I have been granted with wonderful opportunities to expand and develop my skills over the past few years, I'm a visual merchandising trainer and if need be, I do roam around to various stores to step in from a leadership position to assist and step up visual teams from a routine perspective to ensure the teams produce the best possible work they can/able to produce.
I have only worked for fast- paced fashion retails, I understand the pressure, consistenty, pace but still implementing work at the highest quality for the business. There's many skills I carry in my back pack that I'm more than willing to share but there's also a lot of techniques that other companies and brands use that makes me want to learn more.
My highest form of education is currently grade 12.
I am currently studying through UNISA however that's strictly online.
