About

I am a Fitter by trade, with more than 20 years' factory and production management experience, including CNC machine shop, warehouse management and working with clients. Industry exposure includes mining, HVAC & refrigeration, valve manufacturing, power generation and sheet metal fabrication. Whilst with Siemens, I gained experience on power plants and was required to improve my electrical capabilities with electrical panels and switchgears, which I carried with me over the years backing my mechanical expertise and/with plant maintenance needs.

I can identify production bottle necks and implement corrective actions to increase production, to catch up on backlog production. At HC, production was 3 months behind, and by the 4th month of my employment, they were up to date. By the 5th month we were ahead of the production schedule, hitting an ultimate high of R60M.

This was one of the few times I received recognition for my performance. I am a family man and driven by my Christian faith.
