I am a seasoned management professional with over 15 years of experience in ICT distribution, sales, account management, and operations. I started my career at Mustek, a JSE-listed ICT distributor, where I progressed from technical and warehouse roles into sales and ultimately Regional Manager, overseeing operations, sales strategies, budgeting, and client relationships across Mpumalanga for nearly a decade. I later served as General Manager at Emalangeni Technologies, where I managed a team of 60, implemented ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards, and introduced systems to streamline sales, projects, and operations.
In addition to ICT, I gained valuable experience in the solar energy sector, leading projects from design through to installation and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Currently, I am an Internal Account Manager at Pinnacle ICT, where I consistently exceed sales targets and manage key accounts. My strengths lie in building lasting client relationships, improving business processes, and driving operational excellence.

I completed a Short Learning Programme in Middle Management (NQF Level 6) at North-West University, Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences. The programme covered key areas including managerial accounting, financial management, operational management, labour relations, IT management, and marketing. This training provided me with a strong foundation in leadership, decision-making, and business administration, which I have applied successfully throughout my career in ICT sales, operations, and general management.
