I'm an extremely capable, fast learner who is always willing to learn more and open to exploring new environments. My aim is always to benefit the business with my skills.
I began my Culinary Career in 2018. Since then I have obtained my Diploma in Food Preparation and a Diploma in Patisserie, certified by City And Guilds. Throughout these 5 years I have continuously gained experience in many different fields within the Culinary industry, such as Catering for weddings, being a Sous Chef(The Green Lounge 2021), Chef De Partie(Onomo Hotel 2019), Pastry Chef(Onomo Hotel 2019), Head Chef(Bean Hunters 2022-2023), Assistant Baker(Circus Circus 2019), Commis Chef(The African Peninsula 2020) and many more.
Therefore I feel like I have the relevant experience and looking forward to gaining many more years of experience.
The Fusion Cooking School, obtaining my Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and safety and my Level 2 Diploma in Patisserie(2018-2021)
