Before that I had 20 years laboratory experience, 10 years of which were as a laboratory manager in rubber tyre manufacture.

Managed a 24/7 production compound testing laboratory, a raw material testing laboratory, a tyre testing facility and cement production.

Rewrote all procedures to comply with Technical Center Europe (TCE).
Simplified the operation of the cement room.
