As a X2 Cum Laude graduate and more than 4 years in the education space veteran, I possess a deep understanding of the education system and its chalenges. Through my experience in instructional design, curriculum development, student assessment and leadership, I have developed strong communication and colaboration ski ls. Currently, I am finalizing my Masters Degree in education with focus on the education language policy which wi l completed by year end 2024.My objective is to make a meaningful contribution towards the transformation of our education system through research and publishing of papers in credible journals.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Education Law, Management, and Policy, with a specific focus on language policy implemented in public schools. This advanced study equips me with a comprehensive understanding of the legal, managerial, and policy aspects of education. My research delves into how language policies impact educational equity, student outcomes, and instructional practices within public school systems.

This qualification enhances my ability to critically analyze and influence educational policies and practices, particularly those related to language and communication in diverse educational settings.
