I am a high quality foreman with extensive experience as a finishing foreman. One of my strategies is to take on projects that are bigger and more technically challenging.
I am a dedicated, hardworking, hands-on type of person and my key performance area is the finishing of High and low rise projects. I am set on pushing production in order to meet deadlines without jeopardizing the quality of work. Nothing but the best is acceptable for me and I like to share the knowledge with subordinates.
I acquired the following competencies:
Oversee all site construction activities,
Manage all site administration and safety requirements,
Sound knowledge of site environments and workflow requirements,
Safety procedure,
Quality control procedures,
Technical knowledge associated with site construction requirements,
Ensure that procedures comply with drawings and specifications,
Communicate effectively at all levels,
Work as part of a team,
Observe work in progress and ensure that procedures are followed and compiling progress reports.
Attending site meeting, report on work progress and giving notice timeously with regard to materials needed to keep the project running.
I have no difficulty reading Site Drawings and will use my own discretion to fix a problem before it becomes a liability or additional expense to the company. As part of management I am in constant consultation with Site Agent, Site Managers, Engineers, Architect and Sub-contractors.
