My background has given me hands on experience in both residential and commercial construction. I have experience in subcontract management: verifying and approving their payments, ordering material, cashflow analysis, cost estimation, Tender compilation and pricing.

I have 9 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, I have worked with Companies such as WBHO Construction for a green building consisting of 2 buildings with 5 basements each and 5 floors. I have gained extensive experience in building materials, verifying quantities, supplier and subcontract management.

I further gained exceptional civil infrastructure experience when I got employed for a turnkey project in Tekwane South, Mpumalanga consisting of Bulk civil engineering services (Rising main, Outfall sewer, 4ml concrete Reservoir, Pumpstation, Bus Route) and internal services such as upgrading gravel roads to paved roads and stormwater as well as Building 300 RDP houses.

Apart from site, I am a Tender administrator, I source, compile and price tender documents.
