Hayward Mashile

My name is Hayward Tshegofatso Mashile from from Mpumalanga. I have N6 Certificate in Human Resources Management, Code 14 drivers license, Forklift license and Grade A Psira registered. I worked as a driver for 1 year although i have been driving my own car for 11 years and have been in the Control room for 18 years and i have been dealing with customers in my job. I may not be the perfect person for now but immideatly i get the position thats where i prove myself.

I completed my Human Resources Management in 2000 and worked as a driver for Malele Hardware at Home Mpumalanga. I later moved to Johannesburg where i did some few jobs which include being a store man, sotter at SAA. Then i became a security officer at ADT security and worked my way to become a control room operator.

With my passion and dedication my HOD saw me as more than operator and i was given senior position. I am not good in talking about my self but good in doing so that people talk about me as i don't believe in giving my own reference. Although i know i am good and also smart and would like to be given an opportunity.

I have Human resorces Management and have been doing some of my duties including my Human Resources. As a Control Room Supervisor i woul train staff, mentor them and also do filling and reprimanding staff was part of my duties. I enjoy Human Resources as it brings you close to people of difference interests, culture, believes and wants. I also enjoy driving that is why i took code 14 after having code 10.
