I am 46 years old and most of my working life I've worked in customer service. I enjoy working with people be it face to face or telephinically. I am someone who wants to know things so I have a knack for deep diving and solving issues that others might not be able to.
Most of work experience has been in the motor industry where I started out as a driver and worked my way to service advisor.
I have worked at Thorp Motor Group, Ottery Toyota, Land Rover Cape Town.
I also worked as a Merchandiser for Sunpac where due to my work ethic and personality in terms of how I worked with our clients, I was given a team to run during the busy periods.
I am now currently in a call centre, Collinson Group as a customer services Consultant. Just over a year working there we had a new campaign during covid 19 where I was selected as a shift leader working under the team leader.
