I am a Food Technologist by profession. I am currently the Research and Development, Quality Assurance and Food Safety Manager at Goosebumps(Pty)Ltd, Blackheath, Cape Town. I have a strong Technical background and have obtained diverse experiences in the Laboratory an Food Manufacturing field.
I have over 10 years’ experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry, with an extensive knowledge in developing and maintaining Food Safety Systems, therefore I am confident that I can contribute to any food business environment. I am able to support many technologies with insights to technical solutions and troubleshooting, innovative development, relevant and new applications, stakeholder engagement, quality control, waste management, cost saving, planning, and safety. I am proficient in labelling legislation, project management, BRCGS systems, document review or creation and training.
I have a passion for problem solving and have worked on several research projects.
