Experienced chemical engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the Pulp and Paper industry. My fundamental drive is the continual improvement of efficiency, performance, competitive advantage and utilization of plant, equipment, labor, knowledge, planning, inventory, production processes and tasks by drawing on knowledge resources within the business and the use of lean manufacturing principles and OMS to continually improve the value stream and its components. Those tasks include but are not limited to activities such as setting and planning good operation standards for execution, leading long interval controls, coordination, setting and implementation of learning and development programs and strategies to enhance both individual and business unit performance, long and short-term process design modifications and improvements.
