Doing most pickups and deliveries of goods for the department
Responsible of having files up to date of manufactured equipment
. Communicate information regarding product availability,
Answer the telephone in a pleasant and caring way
Participate in counting store’s physical inventory
React to all concerns of customers quickly with a sense of importance
Dispose of cardboard waste and trash
Uphold predefined customer service standards
Organize merchandise pricing, signage and coding
Accepting Deliveries and Shipping Goods
Driving vehicles to designated destinations for customer product deliveries.
Driving safely and deliver products within deadlines.
Analysing delivery address, determine appropriate routes and maintain schedule.
Loading and unloading products from trucks and trailers.
Performing vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure.
Notifying supervisors about any major repairs and maintenances.
Following local and state driving laws and road regulations.
Maintaining the vehicle clean and safe.
Working with support team to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns.
Performing vehicle inspection before and after each trip
Adhering to company operating policies and procedures.
Maintaining driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily paperwork
Provide special care in delivering fragile and hazardous products
