Implementation of Safety and Health systems and strategies
Safety and Health regulations within the company rules and policy’s
Identify workplace hazards, and access risks to employee health and safety,
Enforcement of company legislation in relations to its business, implementing of policies, procedures
Ensure that safety is never compromised and that all objectives related to Health, Safety and Environment/community are met or exceeded.
Reporting to the Senior Management
Expertise and direction to successfully oversee the project
Successful delivery of the project “Mile stones” set out by the scope
Leadership, influence, and communications skills with both direct and indirect reports to
Establish management and control systems for project success
Skills and ability to manage a diverse group of technical and operating personnel and a sound knowledge of professional project management practices
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
Ability to interact with all stakeholders with transparency, tact and diplomacy
Demonstrated ability to execute plans and schedules on time and on budget
Strong team building and people management skills
