My fundamentals as a toolmaker tradesman is of great value when working with tooling, Machining, doing modifications, valves, hydraulic fault finding and fixing, safety and housekeeping.
My past role as technician II at Alkantpan range has given me the opportunity to gain experience in leadership. Overseeing a team and being given the responsibility of the maintenance of the range, meeting feedback, timekeeping, budgeting and testing of our projectiles and ammunition to produce a customer satisfactory outcome.
I always made sure that my teams timekeeping and workload was as planned.
Created maintenance schedules and tasks for the team.
Held morning meetings to transfer information and to track the team’s progress.
Furthermore, I am highly motivated and hardworking individual, who is always keen to learn more. Overtime is not a problem and when challenged with a great task, I do research and will not be afraid to learn and ask for information needed to complete a task.
