I am a trained investigator from the Special Investigating Unit, with 5 years experience in investigations. I possess an LLB, and I am currently studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Auditing.
I enjoy what I do, and my ability to pay attention to details is a great personal trait that adds value to my work. I have worked in procurement investigations throughout my career, but I also worked in projects that gave me a good understanding of financial fraud schemes and fraud detection. I possess knowledge of the public sector legal environment (PMFA, MFMA, Treasury Regulations and other relevant Treasury Directives).
And I have thorough understanding of statutory interpretation as well as regulatory frameworks. I have good drafting skills and I understand and have knowledge in Rules of Evidence especially in investigations.
I am currently studying towards acquiring a Post-Graduate Diploma in Forensic Auditing at UNISA
