IT Field Technician at Net1 financial services (easypay) (2009-01 – 2022-03)
I worked at Net1 financial services at Flagstaff and surrounded towns. I was work as ITTechnician field servicing easypay atms which is found at easypay offices and other client's in a different areas like Boxer, Jwayelani, Spars, Pickn pay, Checkers and individual shop client's found in the rural areas. I was also able to fix diebold mobile atm which was use to pay sassa old and child grant in a rural areas.
I used to strip atm indifferent part and reassemble troubleshoot communication and test properly. in the Easypay office there's some computers and printers. I used to fix communication from router Cisco or wireless router to computer and configured settings between them and printer. in the company there was also POS (point of sale) devices which is use for transaction of payment, loans and joining insurance. I did load them software for latest version and fixing. there was also having mobile computers and tablet device used to process new and replacement easypay cards.

I leaded the during Census 2022 for collection of data in a rural area. I had four teams reported to me and rotating them three to four times a week. I make to sent data to the regional officer twice a day and resolving the queries are facing them.
