Filling out trip sheets and seals Transportation Vehicles.
Handling customer's complaints and inquiries.
Storage Bin Management.
Stock Replenishment using FIFO & LIFO Rotation.
Investigate Discrepancies and Variances.
Create Physical Inventory Count, Daily cycle count, Annual count, Wall to Wall count for High Risk and Schedule 5&6 Stock.
MHE Order picker Operator, Turret Truck & Rich Truck Operator.
Investigate Resolve S-Block.
Monitor Zero Picking.
Ensure customer complaints are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
Handling of documents, printing, photocopying and scanning.
Processing Damages stock, Short-Dated Stock, Expired and Stock Adjustments.
Housekeeping and Hygiene.
Analyze and Action daily inventory reports.
Generate and send Final count report to the inventory manager and Clients.
Ensure cancel line targets are Archived.
Create and perform Empty bin verification, Stock count using RF Scanners and CRM's Clients Update.
Transfer products within the various sections of the Warehouse.
Assist in all inbound & outbound Functions.
Picking orders, Filling waybills, Dispatch &Arrange Collection for Return to supplier stock.
To conduct daily team meetings with team members.
Reply on Emails timeously, professionally manner& provide feedback.
Follow up outstanding requests.
Plan correct storage location for products using ABC Analysis methods
