I am a service professional with over a decade of experience in serving the public. Nine of those years have been spent in a supervisory/ managerial role.
I am currently a part time English tutor to foreign students, online. This is a new endeavour that I am thoroughly enjoying as it has been beneficial to my communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
In my previous position as Customer Service Manager at Isipele Security, I led the customer service team in ensuring that customer complaints and questions were dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. I have impeccable interpersonal and communication skills that allow me to assist customers with grace in a way that enhances understanding. I also possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills. I am a critical thinker with a niche for service excellence and customer satisfaction.
I always rise above expectations when taking on a position which has earned me several promotions over the years.
In addition those on my team often spoke highly of my ability to be consistent and fair in my dealings with both employees and customers.
