I am a Nursing Services Manager responsible for the overall management of Primary Health Care (PHC), Occupational Health Clinic (OHC), and the RFA department. In this role, I work closely with the mine Wellness Officer, the SHE department, and community stakeholders to ensure the delivery of safe, integrated, and high-quality health services. I provide strategic and operational leadership, promote compliance with clinical and occupational health standards, and foster collaboration between the clinic, the mine, and the surrounding community to support employee and community health and wellbeing.
