I am a 53-year old White Female looking for Freelance or Office work.
Just a bit of background regarding my work experience that started in 1987. For the last +/- 35 years most of my experience is related to Office work: Typing, Scanning, Sorting and Filling documents and prepared information given to me by different Managers. Assisting with answering and making phone calls, receiving and send of emails and fax.
As a Typist I assisted with typing of all kinds of documents on customized template for the Companies and made sure all kinds of list are created and updated as requested.
I was part of Bulk Response as a Data Capturing, where I assisted with receiving of all Applications CVs and documents. Preparing the documents by sorting, scanning and then capturing the information onto the company customized systems and by completing the task we filed all the applications CVs and documentations and then send it to the client.
I was part of a Recruitment Office where I assisted the Recruiter with preparing of CVs and documentation to send to clients and placing Ads on Website as requested. Contacting candidates regarding their CVs and updated all kinds of information that is on the companies customized system.
