I have acquired an expanse of knowledge and skills in the customer services, travel and complaints industry over the past 5 years. Having started from an entry level position and moving up to specialist level. I have worked mainly on UK throughout my lifespan in the industry with a few isolated South African campaigns I have had the opportunity of spearheading a correspondence department with a headcount that grew from 8 to a total of 20 in the space of a year while also simultaneously managing the escalations department for the South African side of TUI UK&I.
Customer services, Complaints and Retention's are sectors that I am extremely passionate about as they give me an opportunity to interact with different people on different levels and the roles require one to think out of the box to find a suitable and just resolution in every case.
I worked as a sales consultant at i-Talk financial Services selling insurance,polices got promotion as a team leader I also worked at logistic company international as office support and Call Centre Management doing medical record retriever ,calling medical facilities,all doctors office to request medical records on behalf of employees insurance companies . My career aspirations is to improve customer service ,to improve my communication skills and leadership skill. What's makes me unique is that I am a very organized person , having good approach and I understand my customers need.
I have Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science as major subject. I did Hiv and Aids Testing and counselling certificate as Sakhisizwe Nursing School, I did She Rep (Health and safety Rep) at Nosa College. I also have code 10 driving licence with more than 2yrs of experience .
