I'm Ike xutsundzuxo pataka. A post graduate diploma in women's development and microfinance, from university of venda.I am a hardy working person, polite and friendly person who loved to work with others people, because working as a team bring more positive results in the company, I have 2vyears experience in recruitment, I was a recruiter in advance assessment and training. I was deal with the learners who applied for learnership, I was screening for interview, check learners on the LMIS system and also uploading learners on the system of seta system, do induction and also interview.
