I hold a a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management with a technical background in the mechanical engineering field, completing my mechanical trade test in 2005. I have 22 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing mechanical engineering sector. I was initially involved in the production of commercial vehicle safety products with a job focus on providing support services to the automotive and railway manufacturing plant.
I later progressed into an engineering supervisory role, managing a highly skilled and diverse team; integrating trade skills, management qualification and leadership attributes to achieve organizational goals.
