My name is Ipeleng Mphela, a final year Bachelor of Social Sciences, Psychology student at Boston City Campus in Pretoria. I am currently studying online and I am seeking a part-time position that I can manage alongside my studies. I am hardworking, reliable, and eager to contribute to your team.

I live near campus in Arcadia which allows me to be flexible, punctual, and available when needed. Over the past few years I have gained experience in customer service, hospitality, and general operations through the following roles: waitress, scullery assistant, packing stock, general work, and also a volunteer at a day care. These roles helped gain experience and taught me the value of team work, responsibility, time management, and delivering good customer service under pressure.

As a Psychology student, I have also developed strong communication and interpersonal skills that help me work well with both customers and colleagues.
