Over the past few years I have gained experience in customer service, hospitality, and general operations through the following roles: waitress, scullery assistant, packing stock, general work, and also a volunteer at a day care. These roles helped gain experience and taught me the value of team work, responsibility, time management, and delivering good customer service under pressure.
As a Psychology student, I have also developed strong communication and interpersonal skills that help me work well with both customers and colleagues.
