I've have a Professional qualification in Catering Management, I've join the catering industry since 2010, started as Chef in hotels, Food specialist for Checkers, Restaurant manager in Food lovers, and finally joined Catering for canteens with Fedics (TSEBO SOLUTIONS)
I studied 3yrs at Durban University of Technology, and completed Diploma in Catering Management
