With having deep roots in valuing intrinsic motivation, this want is to be the best a person I can be, to exemplify this persona without arrogance, yet in humility I stand by this ideology with everything I contemplate doing. It is with this reasoning, there's this need to utilize every fiber of my potential, to challenge myself, to do even the smallest thing to the best of my ability. It is imperative to pay emphasis on working independently and at the same time valuing team work.

In a classroom I am comfortable. It is here where I come alive in the aspirations to make a difference in moulding young minds, to become our successful leaders of tomorrow, so that they can have a bright future.

With my present job I am very happy with it, now I am eager to teach abroad, relishing the idea of a new experience, a new challenge, to explore the depths of the unknown and to leave this comfort zone I am in now, as a scholar wanting to learn more about different aspects, to make a difference and not to yield to the status quo. With over time I earned credentials of vast experience, knowledge, people skills and conflict management. Having this holistic approach that children are our future, the world is our oyster.

There is a dire need for social responsibilities, my concerns are taking care of the environment, promoting equality, making this earth a better place to live in and welfare issues facing the community.
