Manage and coordinate DC.
GRV of In and Outbound deliveries.
Expediting all local and national orders with transporters.
Responsible for charging the depots / drivers / 3PL’s for the shortages.
Daily load plans and distribution gate registers need to be checked and filed.
CSA Controls, ensure that all physical stock counts are uploaded on SAP and EWM.
Ensure that all post goods issues have been processed for all deliveries and driver corrections.
Planning & loading of final goods; incl. late orders &contingencies.
Optimised stock control of final goods.
Equipment control incl, pallets, scales, Pallet Jacks, Diesel, Petrol, Gas Cylinders & forklifts.
Resolving Customer credits and POD’S.
Responsible for the reconciliation of invoices to shipments and deliveries daily
Monthly / Weekly Stock Takes. Forklift licence
Physical Inventories on a Monthly basis with stock take.
Supervising a team of Forklifts drivers and Stock control clerks.
Allocate stock to the correct areas within the warehouse.
Monitor stock levels and keeps sales representatives informed.
Complete and update Service Level Report on a weekly basis.
Forecast Demand planning to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stoc
