• Daily completion of trip sheet for every trip dispatched, clearly indicating every customer invoice/delivery note and collections from Quality Dept
• Completion of vehicle inspection every morning before vehicle dispatch, physical checks must be done and not take "short cuts" when completing.
• Ensure that all invoices for planned routes are in accordance.
• Ensuring that the vehicle you are assigned has a valid license disc on the windscreen and that you notify the Dispatch Manager when the license should be renewed.
• The driver is responsible for always keeping the vehicle clean and hygienic in accordance.
• Reporting any & all damages on the vehicle on the log sheet & to the Dispatch Manager
• Performs any reasonable work-related instruction.
