I am a Certified Technical Financial Accountant with 35 years work experience, whereby 28 of those years in managerial positions. In the management of personnel I create a friendly, participative environment which increases motivation, loyalty and productivity. I am an innovative and visionary individual with great problem solving skills.
I am also capable of thinking outside the box and continuously look for better more productive ways of doing things. Attention to detail, a flair for numbers, focused, arithmetically solid and precise are some of my strongpoints. Apart from my practical work experience I also have an extensive theoretical background, which combined, makes me a great asset for any company.
