I am married with 2 children, both students. I have been in business and senior management for more than 30 year before i become an entrepreneu. I am energetic and people is my passion. I am a team player and results driven.
I enjoy coaching people and how to get the best out of them . I have build many high performance sales teams in the past , but always treat customers fairly and with respect. I believe that one' s service levels must always improve as it open up doors for more sales opportunities.
I have 15 years Insurance experience in various capacities e.g Financial advisor, Branch and Regional manager. I also rendering services as a Key Individual for FSP's. I was a Senior Manager at FNB responsible for Retail Banking as well as Nationad for Sales an Service.
