I am a motivated individual with 24 (twenty-four) years of work experience of which:
I conduct personal customer engagement to individual and corporate clients on a daily basis. Customer base consists of ± 1 700 clients. Engagement includes personal meetings with Top 50 clients, telephonic engagement with all other clients, meetings and presentations with corporate clients and private business owners. I deal with clients from various professions.
I am responsible for the drafting of various company policies and procedures including Risk Management and Compliance Programme, internal POPI manual, internal FICA manual, internal Conflict of Interest manual. Managing of in-house compliance and participate in quarterly compliance audits. I am registered as a Key Individual with the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) and I am the Anti Money Laundering Reporting Officer to the FIC.
I conduct a leading role within our insurance department. I am part of a project management team engaging with one of SA’s leading insurers in a direct service delivery agreement for our clients. Engaging with senior management.
I was a key role player in establishing a new telemarketing department and currently manage this department directly.
Experience in financial services products include hire purchase financing, personal loans, revolving credit facilities, short-term insurance products, funeral cover products. Processes include marketing of these products, conducting affordability assessments, pre-approval and drafting contacts.
