Jacques Theron

I am an experienced HR Professional with 26 years of experience and registered as a Chartered HR Practitioner with the South African Board of Personnel Practice (SABPP).

My experience spans across various industries both as HR professional and in a consultant capacity. I have operated in direct operational roles and on strategic level as part of an ExCo.

I am passionate about the labour relations side of HR. My key focus is to partner with all business unit heads and understand their needs so I can position my knowledge and skills in a way that contributes to the business units' success.

I am proud of several accomplishments in my career and continuously strive to add more value to the organisation I work with.
